Partner, Peter Kiely ONZM and Senior Associate, Scott Worthy recently appeared in the Employment Court in an important case about the Court's jurisdiction. 

The full Court found that it has jurisdiction to find a person in contempt of court for breaching a search order. The Court considered this contempt power was necessary to enforce its statutory power to grant a search order.
