Health and safety in New Zealand: workplace regulator launches multiple prosecutions following volcanic eruption

Following a volcanic eruption in December 2019 that caused 22 deaths, the New Zealand workplace health and safety regulator has charged 13 individuals and organisations with breaches of health and safety law.
