Experienced across all aspects of employment law, Dana is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex workplace issues.  She is valued for her thoughtful guidance in difficult situations and enjoys partnering with clients to serve their interests.

Dana frequently advises on workplace restructuring, performance and conduct processes, immigration, and privacy matters.  She also has considerable litigation experience, appearing regularly at the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.

Dana completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Auckland and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in June 2020.  Prior to joining Kiely Thompson Caisley, she worked in the Courts and Tribunal Policy team at the Ministry of Justice.
