Fair Pay Agreements Act 2022: A summary for employers

The Fair Pay Agreements Act 2022 came into force on 1 December 2022. The Act is likely the most significant change to New Zealand’s employment law landscape in decades. It is intended to lift terms of employment for employees through Fair Pay Agreements which mandate minimum employment terms across an entire industry or occupation.
